The service

Gigshot Ltd ("Gigshot Agency") provides staff who source local crew for the client's shows, run the bookings in the client's name through accounts the client gave them access to, and chase the footage. Gigshot is not a party to any crew booking: the client agrees and pays crew directly, and Gigshot never charges crew.

The fee

A flat fee per show, agreed in writing with each client. One show is one fee, however many crew work it. The fee is never a share of any crew fee.

When a show is billable

A show is billable when the client's side confirms the footage was received, or 14 days after the footage was delivered with no confirmation. A cancelled show or a no-show is not billed. A show is billed in the month it first became billable.

Invoicing

We invoice monthly in arrears, in euros, from Gigshot Ltd, payable within 14 days by card or SEPA Direct Debit, or by bank transfer where the invoice offers it. Statutory interest for late payment under the law of England and Wales applies to overdue amounts.

Disputing a line

Dispute a line in writing to legal@gigshot.pro within 30 days of the invoice date. A corrected line is credited.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the agency fees paid in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where the law does not allow a limit.

Data

We keep the client's billing details and invoices, and, about the crew we contact, only public professional details and our notes. The Privacy policy, linked at the top of this page, says what we keep and for how long.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
